In March, good news about cured COVID-19 cases has kept coming. Many Chinese provinces have zeroed out confirmed cases successively. To minimize traffic density, the Chinese government has made an announcement to scrap tolls on all expressways (including bridges and tunnels that charge tolls) across China from Feb. 17 to the end of the outbreak and encourage travelling by private cars. The system also supports replaying of historical running data. If the passenger or diver is diagnosed as having COVID-19 afterward, replaying of historical running data will help identify their close contacts.
